How to Cook Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloins
When cooking hot and fast, pork tenderloins are nice and juicy.
This recipe is great for a quick BBQ meal.
Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin
- Bacon
- Seasoning
- Homemade BBQ Sauce
To Start You’ll Need a Couple of Pork Tenderloin, As You Can See They Are Very Lean.
Make sure to remove any silver skin.
Season the tenderloins with your choice of rub, for this recipe I’m using Sucklebusters Pork Rub.
Next, wrap the tenderloins in bacon.
I’m using middle bacon, this or streaky bacon works best.
Then Light a Chimney of Charcoal, I’m Using Clean Heat Charcoal.
Setup the BBQ for Indirect Grilling, We Want It Sitting Around 400f or 200c.
Place the tenderloins operate the charcoal.
Cover with the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Move the Tenderloins Around So the Front One Doesn’t Over Cook.
To add some more flavour, brush the tenderloins with BBQ sauce.
I’m using homemade BBQ sauce, recipe above.

Cover With the Lid and Cook for Another Ten Minutes.
Brush with BBQ sauce one more time.
These are looking good!
Cook for ten more minutes.
The Tenderloins Are Ready to Come Off When the Reach an Internal Temp of 145f or 63c.
Tent with foil and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
