Getting the Right Materials

It won't cost much, it's only 2 dollars for the whole thing.
So, you need these MATERIALS:
Colored syrup
Water bottle or soda bottle
Paper
Marker (optional)
Tissue

Draw It

Draw something on a piece of paper, don't be shy. Remember the selected area you've chosen to paint.

Dip It!

Carefully pour the syrup into some holder that your water bottle can fit in.
Dip your water bottle bottom in.
Pick it up.
Put it on the paper on the selected spot

WARNING: BE CAREFUL NOT TO PUT TOO MUCH OR IT WILL BE A PAINT OVERFLOW...

Here Comes the Paint

get a tissue and wipe the syrup off that is still remaining, the ones that have dried on the paper, just leave it there DO NOT WASH IT OFF. Remember to wipe the tissue all around the selected area, because soon enough it will become paint.

Making Soap

Keep the syrup into the holder, do not pour it. Go to the bathroom and pour some non scented soap into it, if it has a little scent, that will be fine. After that pour some water in it. Mix throughly, and then you can pour it on your hands and smell it to see if it worked, then there, you now have soap
