Homemade Pizza With Fries
Don't we all love pizza and fries? It's a suitable meal and snack for all ages. But, during this lockdown, it isn't really safe to order, or go to a pizza or fries place. What should you do then, if you really want some hot and delicious pizza, with some fries? Well, this instructable will show you just the way to make healthy and delicious homemade pizza and fries with ingredients, you probably already have around your house.
Supplies
To make 1 Extra Large Pizza You will Need:
1.) 2 Cups of any flour(I used Whole Wheat Flour)
2.) 1/4 Teaspoon of Yeast
3.) Salt To Taste
4.) Pinch of Sugar
5.) Any Type of Pizza or Pasta Sauce
6.) Cheese
7.) Your Choice of Toppings
8.) Pizza Baking Tray
9.) Pizza Cutter
To Make Fries You Will Need:
1.) Potatoes
2.) Oil
3.) Air Fryer
Fries: Peel Your Potatoes
Peel all of your potatoes.
Fries: Cut the Potatoes
Cut your potatoes into fry like shapes, or any shape that you would prefer.
Fries: Freeze
Place your cut up potatoes into a bowl with water, add salt, and put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
Fries: Dry
Dry your potato strips.
Fries: Add Oil and Air Fry
Add some oil, and mix everything together. Next, put the fries in an air fryer, and set the settings to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, for 20 Minutes. Be sure to check often, so you don't burn your fries.
Pizza: Preparing Dough
Mix Flour, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, and Water to make the dough.
Pizza: Rest the Dough
Rest the dough for about 6-7 hours.
Pizza: Flatten the Dough
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
Pizza: Add Toppings
First, add sauce, then add your choice of cheese. Lastly, add any toppings of your choice. My mom likes all vegetables, so I added all the vegetables that I had around my house.
Pizza: Bake
Preheat your oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, bake your pizza for about 18 minutes.
