Homemade Ice Cream in a Bag.
This is a recipe for 10-minute ice cream in a bag. It is really creamy like normal ice cream, and can be dairy free! It is a great science experiment for kids!
Supplies
1 Gallon bag
1-2 Sandwich bags
Ice
1/2 cup of Milk. (Can be Almond, Oat, or others.)
1/3 cup of rock salt. (Can also use kosher salt.)
1 tablespoon of Sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Step One: Sandwich Bag Ingredients
Put the milk, sugar, and vanilla in your bag. Combine by shaking and smooshing in your hands.
Step Two: Gallon Bag Ingredients
Fill your gallon bag half-full with ice. Put in the salt. Shake to combine.

Step Three: Shake
Put your sandwich bag in your gallon bag. Shake for around three minutes. Do more time if you want harder ice cream, and do less if you want it more soupy.
Step Four: Enjoy!
Take your sandwich bag out of your gallon bag. Open it up and enjoy!!!
