Homemade DIY Makeup Remover

This is an easy, effective homemade Makeup Remover. This DIY makeup remover will easily remove makeup from your face, eyes & mascara very gently. In this instructable, I have shown how to use this homemade make up remover in easy steps. This makeup remover is capable of dealing with HD makeup, Water proof makeup, pigmented makeup weather eye makeup or mascara makeup or full face makeup. I’ve seen the dangers of conventional baby wipes and that's why I make my own. Conventional, store-bought makeup removing wipes pose the problems: chemical preservatives and other hormone disrupting, unnatural ingredients.

STEP 1: What We Need

Materials
⦁ Organic Coconut oil - It helps in breaking the water-resistant substances present in makeup. It also hydrates our skin.

⦁ Aloe Vera gel- It has cooling properties and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps to moisturize the skin. It also helps in reducing infection and acnes.

⦁ Tea Tree oil- It is an essential oil which helps in removing blackheads.

⦁ Lemon juice- If you have sensitive skin, then avoid using it. Otherwise, it is good for brightening the skin.

⦁ Rose water- It acts as an anti-inflammatory, soothes irritated skin.

STEP 2: Preparation

Pour one tsp of any regular body/face lotion in a bowl. Then, add one tsp of aloe Vera gel and one tsp of coconut oil and mix it well. Now, add 4-5 drops of tea tree oil, one tsp of lemon juice and one tsp of rose water. Mix it well. Your DIY makeup remover is ready.

STEP 3: Storage

Pour a squirt of this makeup remover into clean hands or on a clean cotton pad and massage over your face in a circular motion until clean. Wipe it off. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. This makeup remover will last a month. Use and Enjoy!
