Homemade Beef Koftas
Beef Koftas are commonly bought from the meat isle of the supermarket, But that is soon to change... My koftas are so delicious and even more easier to make. To make these koftas you will only need 5 ingredients that you can easily find at home!!! This recipe is very easy do adjust for dietary requirements and allergies. It is also superbly versatile due to the fact you can put it with virtually anything (to a limit (like who has Koftas with chocolate?)). I hope you love this dish and share it with all your family and friends!!!
Supplies
For this recipe you will need:
- 1kg Beef Mince
- 1 Handful Parsley, Chopped
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 Onion, Finely Chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic, Diced
Mixing Your Meat
I have to say this title sounds oddly catchy. Now, what we need to start off by doing is placing all of your ingredients in a large bowl (trust me you will need the bowl to be large). While you are mixing it be sure to thoroughly process it due to the fact that when you come to cooking it on your barbecue it can easily crumble off.
Assembling Your Koftas
To start off preparing you koftas, make meatball sized balls and set them aside (be sure to thoroughly form these because they can easily break apart in the cooking process).
Cooking Your Koftas
To cook your Koftas, start by drizzling about a tablespoon of olive oil onto your pan. After, you have done that heat your pan up so that it sizzles immediately. Finally, to cook your koftas place them in a circular pattern and flip consistently, when your Koftas are fully brown inside and out they should be ready.
