Mark the Wooden Parts

Draw the shape of the two parts on the wooden board. In picture no 1 you can see the most important dimensions. They apply to a 6 mm board. I used this for my first version because I had no thicker plate at that moment.

If you use 10 or 12 mm wood, what I recommend, the parts can be marked correspondingly narrower.

It is advisable to first saw out the parts a bit larger, afterwards they can be easily reduced with the jigsaw if needed.

Saw the Panels

Saw out the two pieces of wood with the jigsaw.

This works ideally with a saw holder, where the saw is attached to the table and the wood can be guided precisely.

Then round off the corners and edges with sandpaper.

Assembly of the Hinge

Mark the hinge holes on the inside of the wooden pieces and drill the holes.

Attach the hinge to both pieces of wood with the small screws, washers and nuts.

Attach 2 Chords

Drill 4 holes. Fasten 2 cords so that the distance between the wooden parts on the ground at the front is about 35 cm.

Ready! :)
