Halloween Spider Cake
I made a cake with orange whipping cream, I made a spider web and some spiders with Ganache, then added a chocolate spider on the top.
Supplies
cake:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup of whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
5 spoons cocoa powder
preheat the oven 325 degrees Fahrenheit
grease the pan
mix flour, baking powder, and salt together and slift it
whipping cream:
1 pound heavy whipping cream
4 spoons sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla
orange icing color
Ganache:
8 ounces whipping cream
4 ounces chocolate
1/2 butter
Step 1: the Cake
cake:
4 eggs

preheat the oven 325 degrees Fahrenheit
grease the pan
mix flour, baking powder, and salt together and slift it
at first beat the egg for 4 minutes with the mixer, then add sugar to the egg and beat the eggs again for 6 minutes. pour the milk in to a pot and put it on the oven, then add the butter, but the milk shouldn't boil it should be a little warm to melt the butter. Add the flour and cocoa powder to the eggs and beat it for 30 second then add the milk and butter then mix it for less than 1 minute. rub some melted butter to the bottom and the side of the pan then pour the batter into the prepare pan, and put in to the oven for 25 minutes, and don't open the oven in the first 20 minutes, after 25 minutes we check it if the cake isn't ready you can put it for 7 more minutes.
Step 2: Whipping Cream and Ganache
whipping cream:
1 pound heavy whipping cream
4 spoons sugar
1 tea spoon vanilla
orange icing color
poor ice in a big bowl then poor whipping cream in another bowl and put the bowl with the whipping cream on top of the one with the ice then mix the whipping cream for 4 minutes then add the orange icing color and mixed it to dissolve it. then cut the cake horizontally into 2 parts and use the whipping cream on top of the first layer we can add strawberry or bananas if you like. I added bananas and then added walnuts, and put the top back on. then I put icing on the whole cake.
Ganache:
8 ounces whipping cream
4 ounces chocolate
1/2 butter
poor the whipping cream into a pot, and put it on the stove, the whipping cream should be a little warm, then pour the chocolate in to melt, then you turn off the stove and add the butter and mix it well, when it cools down a little you can use it to decorate.
and I made a spider web with it and added 5 spiders on the side made of ganache, and a chocolate spider on top.
