HOW TO MAKE: Hand Sanitizer Gel Dispenser-PC1

HELLO EVERYONE!

My name is Annie and today Im gonna show you in this instructable how to make a hand sanitizer gel dispenser personalized with some simple steps! Using the program Fusion 360 we'll elaborate this dispenser.

We're gonna start this project previously installed the program fusion 360

1.-For this piece A we're gonna start our drawing in the axis "Z" and "X". Then we're gonna make a horizontal line of 126 mm.(command line in create or pressing L will appear the command).

2.- Second line of the drawing, we're gonna choose one of the edges of the first line to draw a vertical line of 28 mm.

3.- make a horizontal line of 3 mm to the right then another vertical line of 28 mm and joint it with a horizontal line of 3mm to the left.

4.-we're gonna repeat the same pattern until we have 5 of the vertical lines of 28 mm.

5.- Now that we have the half of the draw we're gonna use the command mirror to complete the draw.

6.- Make a reference line down in the center of the horizontal line of 126 mm that will help us to replicate the exactly half of the draw using the command mirror.

7.- close the drawing joint in the corners of the top.

8.- make a reference line in the buttom center of 15 mm vertical and then 12 mm to both sides to draw a rectangule each sides of the horizontal lines of 3 mm of high and 24 mm of lenght.

9.- Delete all the reference lines.

10.- select finish scketch to change 3d and then extrude 3mm the draw.

1.- For this second piece B we're gonna start making a horizontal line of 60 mm.

2.- In one of the corners we're gonna continue drawing a vertical line of 28 mm.

3.- Make a horizontal line to the left of 3 mm.

4.- Continue drawing a vertical line of 28 mm.

5.- Make a horizontal line to the right of 3 mm.

6.-we're gonna repeat the same pattern until we have 5 of the vertical lines of 28 mm.

7.-Now that we have the half of the draw we're gonna use the command mirror to complete the draw.

8.-Make a reference line down in the center of the horizontal line of 60 mm that will help us to replicate the exactly half of the draw using the command mirror.

9.- close the drawing joint in the corners of the top.

10.- We're gonna draw a reference line in the center.

11.- In that point we're gonna draw a rectangle of 3 mm high and 20 mm length.

12.- In the second line of 28 mm of the left side of the draw we're gonna make reference line in the center of 33 mm on that point we're gonna make circle of 0.3 mm diameter.

13.- From the center of the circle we're gonna make a reference line of 15.75 and again draw another circle of 0.3mm.

14.-Delete all the reference lines.

15.- select finish scketch to change 3d and then extrude 3mm the draw.

1.- For this third piece C we're gonna start making a horizontal line of 20 mm.

2.- continue with a vertical line down of 3mm

3.- Make a horizontal line of 20 mm.

4.- Continue drawing a vertical line up of 3 mm.

5.- Make a horizontal line to the left of 20 mm.

6.-In one of the corners make a vertical line up of 24 mm.

7.-Make a horizontal line of 3 mm to the right.

8.-Continue drawing a vertical line up of 24 mm.

9.- we're gonna repeat the same pattern until we have 5 of the vertical lines of 24 mm.

10.-Now that we have the half of the draw we're gonna use the command mirror to complete the draw.

11.- We're gonna draw a reference line in the center.

12.-Make a reference line down in the center of the horizontal line that will help us to replicate the exactly half of the draw using the command mirror.

13.- Make the same to the othe other side of the draw using a reference line and mirror command to complete the draw.

9.- close the drawing joint in the corners of the top.

14.-Delete all the reference lines.

15.- select finish scketch to change 3d and then extrude 3mm the draw.
