3D Designing is a fascinating expertise and it's becoming well known in numerous businesses. With 3D designing, one has the ability to make 3D models that can be utilised to imagine genuine items. In this tutorial article, we are 3D designing a colourful flower in SelfCAD. In the event that you have not attempted it yet, SelfCAD is one of the least difficult yet astonishing 3D modeling software for clients, everything being equal. Starting with arranging the cylinder shape, we will transform it with tools like bend, geom clean, Move, resolution, snap, etc. SelfCAD is one of the most astonishing 3D Modeling Software, including different features used to design the 3D Objects.

So, let's start with the design!!

Insert a Cylinder and a Cube to the Working Interface

First of all, go to 3D shapes and insert a cylinder to the working interface. Set top radius to 1, bottom radius to 2, height to 40 and vertical segments to 8. Then insert a cube to the working interface. Set width to 4, height to 1, depth to 10, depth segments to 3 and position Y to 15.

Snap One of the Rear Sides of the Cube

Next, opt for face selection and select one of the rear side faces of the cube. Then go to utilities and select snap option. Click on the collapse vertices option under advanced settings and select the top and bottom middle vertices of the face.

Snap the Other Side and Geom Clean

Now, select the opposite face and repeat the same process there also. Then go to utilities and select the geom clean option.

Move the Leaf Towards Its Position and Bend It

Next, select the move tool and set z to 5. Then go to deform and select the bend tool. Set the plane to back/front under advanced settings and y to -100.

Copy Offset the Leaves

Now, go to tools and select the copy offsets option. Set x to -4, y to 10 and z to -3. Then select add options to add the next macro step. Set the operation to rotate and in that, set y to 50. After that click on the copy button.

Colour the Whole Thing and Make It a Union

Next, select mesh_4 and opt for the colour picker option. Select the green colour to make it green. Then go to stitch and scoop and make all these a union.

Insert a Sphere and Changes Its Colour. Then Insert a Cube

Now, insert a sphere to the working interface. Set radius to 3, horizontal segments to 10, vertical segments to 6 and position Y to 40. Then change its colour to yellow. After that, insert a cube. Set width to 8, height to 1, depth to 20, depth segments to 3, position Y to 43 and position Z to 11.

Scale the Rear Sides of the Cube

Next, opt for face selection and select one of the rear side faces to the cube. Use the scale tool and scale it along the x-axis to a value of 4. Then select the opposite face and scale it to a value of 3. After that, deselect all the selections.

Bend the Cube and Give It a Red Colour

Now, go to deform and select the bend tool. Set the plane to back/front and y to -30. Then change its colour to red.

Make Copies of the Petal in a Pivotal Manner

Next, go to tools and select the copy offsets option. Set operation to pivot and number of copies to 5. Then click the copy button.

Make All the Objects a Union and Add Resolution to It

Now, go to stitch and scoop and make all the petals a union. Repeat this same step with union_1 and mesh_12. Then go to modify and select the resolution tool. Set the detail level to 0.
