Insert a Capsule and Delete Its Bottom Hemispherical Face

First of all, go to the 3D shapes and insert a capsule to the working interface. Set top radius to 60, bottom radius to 60 and height to 250. Then opt for face selection and select the bottom hemispherical part of the object. After that, delete these faces.

Fill the Bottom Surface and Scale It

Next, from the tools category select the fill polygons option to cover the bottom open face. Then select the scale tool and set z to 42.

Insert a Cube and Fillet It

Now, we will insert a cube to the working interface. Set width to 30, height to 150, depth to 10 and position z to 38. Then from the modify category, select the fillet tool. Set intensity to 4.

Move the Selected Object and Scale It

Next, deselect mesh_8 and select mesh_4. Then select the move tool and set y to 112. After that, scale the object along the y axis to an amount of 214.

Copy the Object and Move It

Now, we will reverse the selection and click on the copy button to copy the object. Then move it along the x axis, y axis and z axis to an amount of 29, 110 and 59 respectively. After that copy it along the x axis to an amount of -20.

Move the Copied Objects and Subtract the Masses

Next, we will select both mesh_8(1) and mesh_8(2) and move them along the z axis to an amount of 20. Then select all the objects except mesh_8, go to stitch and scoop and select the difference option. Choose every object except mesh_4 to subtract.

Insert a Torus and Make Them a Union

Now, insert a torus and set its ring radius to 19, tube radius to 5, position y to 287, position z to 40, rotation y to 90, and rotation z to 90. Then select all the objects, go to stitch and scoop and make them a union.
