3D designing offers vast open doors; the more you explore, the more you get to make courses of action of various types. In this tutorial article, we are 3D designing a burger in a 3D modeling software. We will use a couple of astounding tools like scale, fillet, loop selection, inset, copy, rotate, 3D shapes, and so on, to make this burger. By simply figuring out the method for making a burger, you will comparably get to recognize how to utilize the different devices of SelfCAD.

Insert a Cylinder to the Working Interface

First of all, go to the 3D shapes and insert a cylinder on the working interface. Set its height to 20 and vertical components to 64.

Select the Top Face and the Circular Edge

Next, opt for polygon selection and select the top face. Then opt for edge selection and select the top circular edge.

Fillet the Edges and Add Another Cylinder

Now, go to modify and select the fillet tool. Set the intensity to 4 and level to 5. Then insert another cylinder on the working interface. Set the top and bottom radius to 45, height to 15, vertical segments to 64 and position Y to 20.

Use Loop Settings and Fillet the Top Circular Edge of the Cylinder

Next, opt for edge selection and check on the loop settings. Then select the top and intermediate circular edges. After that, fillet them with an intensity of 7 and level of 5.

Insert a Plane and Inflate It

Now, insert a plane from the 3D shapes to the working interface. Set the width and height to 80, width segment and height segment to 20, position Y to 33 and rotation X to 90. Then go to deform and select the inflate tool. Set y to -8 using the highlighted gizmo.

Add Thickness to the Plane, Insert Another Cylinder and Copy It

Next go to modify and select the add thickness tool. Set the thickness to -1. Then insert another cylinder on the working interface. Set the top and bottom radius to 20, height to 4, vertical segments to 64, position Y to 40, position Z to 30 and rotation X to 5. After that, copy this object and move it using the move tool along the y-axis to a value of 37.

Rotate the Copy and Add a Sphere

Now, use the rotate tool and rotate it along the x-axis to an angle of 15 degrees. Then insert a sphere on the working interface. Set horizontal segments to 64 and vertical segments to 32.

Add a Cube Selection and Delete the Bottom Portion of the Sphere

Next, opt for cube selection from the right panel. Set top to 53. Then delete the bottom portion of the sphere which was intersected by the cube.

Fill the Bottom Face of the Hemipshere and Inset It

Now, select the bottom edge by turning the loop selection on. Then go to tools and select the fill polygon option. After the select the bottom face of the hemisphere, select the inset tool under modify and inset it to an amount of 20.

Fillet the Edge of the Hemisphere and Move It

Next, by turning on the loop selection option, select the circular edge of the hemisphere. Then go to modify and select the fillet tool. Set intensity to 0.9 and level to 5. After that move it a bit towards the y-axis using the move tool.

Scale the Hemisphere From the Top

Now, use the scale tool and scale it along the y-axis to a smaller size.

We have 3D designed a basic 3D burger in SelfCAD. We have utilised tools that assisted us with designing different pieces of the burger. With the assistance of the fillet and loop selection , we have altered the shape how we would have preferred. You can utilise a similar methodology to design different designs according to your prerequisites. Continue to register yourself in SelfCAD in case you haven't made it happen as of now!
