The first step was to flatten the metal,

with a heavy metal hammer I flattened the aluminum

and with the rasps I smoothed the surface.

Then I cut the blade and the handle

using the saw and the pliers.

I used the blade to shape the sheath, so it would fit corectly.

The tools i used was saw, rasps, sandpapper and woodglue.

WRAPPING DUCT TAPE AROUND THE SHEATH + VARNISH.

Then, I decorated the sheath

by wrapping black duct tape around it

and applying nail varnish.

Afterwards, I polished the blade

by using the 2 different polishing wheels.

SHAPING THE 2nd HANDLE PIECE.

I used an other piece of aluminum

to cut and shape the second piece of the handle with pliers and rasps.

I make the hole with a metal nail.

WRAPPING SILVER THREAD ON THE HANDLE.

Then I started decorating the handle

by wrapping silver thread around it.

ASSEMBLING 2 PIECES, DECORATING WITH DECAL.

I assembled the two pieces and I finished the decoration

of the handle with black decal, in which I cut holes with a friends plotter

so it would look like the original HATTORY HANZO handle.

HANGING IN CHAIN, DECORATING THE BLADE.

Finally, I decorated the blade with golden decal

and I hanged the sword from a chain.
