Gym Front

Welcome to our gym of Alpha fitness we have met all of the criteria which include natural light, sound proof boards to help with the noise outside the facility. It also includes a ecofriendly electric system with solar panels and also natural light throughout the gym. The natural light makes this an ecofriendly gym because you don't have electricity going all the time. This gym is handicapped accessible with the automatic doors and an elevator to escort them to the next floor.

Our lawn front and back can be used for activities like running or playing fitness endurance games. We also have trees in the front and back to get fresh air. The lawn is maintained very well and so are the trees with tree trimming and people mowing the lawn. The lawn is also handicapped accessible if they want fresh air or to just walk or stroll around the gym.

Our receptionist makes this a nice place to work and go to because of our LEED plaque at the front of the area. This means that the gym can and will save energy because it is ecofriendly and is all about saving energy. The doors at the front are automatic for the handicapped and the receptionist will help whoever needs the help with finding something or getting around to somewhere.

On the First floor we gave equipment to help you get strong. They are for made for handicapped people like the elevator will help them get to the second floor. The machines are also handicapped accessible like the treadmills and the other equipment also. There is also yoga matts and balls for whoever wants to get a stretch and do yoga.

In this second floor there is pull up bars and barbells and all other sorts of workout equipment. The second floor is handicapped accessible so they can come up and workout their legs and/or arms. This is also a rehab for people that just had surgery's and broken bones this is a good place for them to come.

These solar panels are on top of the roof to catch the light from the sun and convert them into energy were the trees don't get in the way of the sun. Also it can help save energy if the natural light saving energy isn't enough.

The bathrooms are the typical bathrooms with the toilet and there is a urinal and a sink with a mirror as well. They are located on the top and bottom floor in the hallway with wooden doors.

Our parking lot is one of the best because there is a lot of parking and there is some handicapped spots for the elderly and it doesn't matter what you drive. It is a wrap around parking lot so this means a lot of parking and an easier and more efficiant way to get a parking spot.
