Gluten Free Breakfast Peanut Butter Banana Nuggets
- These delicious energy filled bites are perfect for breakfast, afternoon snack or to take on a hike. They are easy to make, gluten free, and and healthy too!
Supplies
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 1/4 cup Banana
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Tools Needed:
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Baking Sheet
- Large Wooden Spoon
- Cookie Scoop
- Parchment Paper
- Rubber Spatula
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 1/4 cup Banana
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- Cookie Scoop
- Parchment Paper
- Rubber Spatula
Natural Ingredients
- Preheat your oven to 350*
- I used natural peanut butter with no salt and no added sugar.
- I used old soft bananas that were no longer firm to eat.
* If you do not want to use your old bananas right away, you can always put them in the freezer until you are ready to use them. Then simply thaw and use.

Let’s Mix Together
- Using your large mixing bowl, add your rolled oats and mashed bananas.
- Add your peanut butter.
- With the wooden spoon mix well.
- Once everything is mixed add the chocolate.
- Stir together.

Your Specialty Tools
- You will need to use a 2 tsp Cookie Scoop.
- If you do not have a cookie scoop, use a 1 TBSP measure instead.
- Prep your cookie sheet by placing parchment paper on top.

Scoop It Out.
- Using the cookie scoop or a TBSP measure, scoop out your dough onto your prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake in a 350* oven for 11 mins.

- Your cookies should be lightly brown on the bottom once cooked.
