This swirly ice cream is so delicious and easy to make. You can make it in all sorts of different flavors and colors to fit any occasion, so I opted to give it a Star Wars flair. Best of all, it takes very little effort as there's not churning or special appliances required.

Add a can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 Tbsp of vanilla (or other flavoring) and fold together. Be gentle. You don't want to destroy the fluffiness of the whipped cream.

Add Colors

Split the mixture into bowls. Use a separate bowl for each color you're making. Add food coloring to each bowl and mix.

Drop spoonfuls of the first color throughout the bottom of a container. Add half of each of the other colors in the same way. Go back to the first color and the remaining mixture from each bowl.

Add candy melts to small containers, one for each color. Follow the instructions on the candy melts to liquify. Spoon a small amount of candy into each mold. Tap the mold on the counter to flatten out the candy and fill then entire bottom. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to harden. Carefully remove the candy from the mold.

Scoop and Enjoy
