Get Snow
Time to shovel some snow into a pile.
I recommend that this is done on cement outside or other hard surface.
Make it as deep and wide as your cookie cutter with some extra on the sidesand top.
Flatten your pile with the shovel.

Cookie Cutter
Take the cookie cutter and stick it in the pile of snow. If the snow is higher than your cookie cutter just push it down until its flush with the pile.
Trim the Sides
Use the shovel to cut the pile like this.
Scrape the Sides
Take your small scoop and scrape away any excess snow.
Continue Pushing It Down
Make it pretty close to the height of the cookie cutter.
Almost Done...
When you go to pick it up, lightly squeeze the cookie cutter to lift it up.
Freezer
Now, put it in the freezer for a couple hours. (2-3 hours is good)
Getting Closer...
After 2-3 hours in the freezer, take it out and run a FEW splashes of warm water on it and remove the cookie cutter.
Then, put it back in the bag and back in the freezer for 3-4 more hours.
