Ingredients

Bake 1: Dairy Free, Egg Free and Sugar Free Oaty Banana Cookies

  • 2 to 3 cups Oats
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Water

Bake 2: Dairy Free, Egg Free and Sugar Free Coconut Delicious Cookies

  • 1 cup of Grated Coconut
  • 2 to 3 cups of Plain Flour
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Coconut water

Bake 3: Delicious Sugar Free Banana and Oat Cookies

  • 1 to 2 cups of Oats
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 1 to 2 Eggs
  • 1-2 sticks Margarine/ Soft Butter
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Milk

Gather ingredients together.

  • 2 to 3 cups Oats
  • 2 chopped bananas
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Water

Steps:

  1. Add the water and the honey and nutmeg together in a cup.
  2. Then pour out the desire amount of oats in a mixing bowl.
  3. Chop up the bananas and then add to the oats.
  4. Gradually add the mixed honey,nutmeg and water to the mixture until molded together.
  5. Add a bit more oat if it is too loose.
  6. The banana should help it to stick together.
  7. Then cut and shape the dough and placed onto a non-stick baking tray.
  8. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  9. Leave to cool, then serve and enjoy the healthy snacks.

Gather ingredients together.

  • 1 cup of Grated Coconut
  • 2 to 3 cups of Plain Flour
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 of Coconut water

Steps:

  1. Pierce hole in coconut and drain the water.
  2. Crack open the coconut using a hammer.
  3. Carefully take out the coconut pieces using a table knife.
  4. Grate the desired amount of coconut pieces.
  5. Add the coconut water and the honey and nutmeg together in a cup.
  6. Then sieve out the desire amount of plain flour in a mixing bowl
  7. Gradually add the mixed honey, nutmeg and coconut water to the mixture until molded together.
  8. Add a bit more flour if it is too loose.
  9. Then cut and shape the dough and placed onto a non-stick baking tray.
  10. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  11. Leave to cool, then serve and enjoy.

  10. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees c and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  11. Leave to cool, then serve and enjoy the fantastic snacks with the children!
