This project is perfect for kids who love to learn about the life cycle of fruits! Using origami and colors, kids will be able to create a visual representation of the life cycle of a fruit. They will start by folding origami pieces to represent the flower, seed, and fruit. Then, they will add color to each piece to represent different stages of growth. Finally, they will assemble their pieces to show the complete cycle of a fruit from flower to seed, and finally to fruit! Make an Apple
- Take a Pastel Paper
- Draw an Apple on paper
- Color the apple with use of pastel color
- Mark a outline with the use of marker
- Cut the Apple out from the paper.
- Fold the Apple
- Cut the Apple in Half
Making the Accordion Paper Folds
- Take another pastel paper (preferably white)
- Fold it in accordion style.
- Draw a straight line with the use of ruler and marker
- Draw 6 column in same distance
Draw Lifecycle of an Apple
- 1st column draw a seed and make outline
- Draw sprout on 2nd column
- Then draw sapling in 3rd column
- Draw whole lifecycle of an apple
Assembling the Parts
- Compress the accordion in one hand.
- Glue the accordion ends.
- Fix the halves of the apple.

This project was a great way to explore the life cycle of fruits! We used origami and colours to create a fun and creative project. We learned that fruits have a life cycle that starts with a seed, then grows into a plant, produces flowers, and finally produces fruit. We also learned how to identify the different stages of the life cycle.
