Add the 2 cups of plain yogurt into a bowl. Measure two tablespoons of honey using the measuring cup and add that to the bowl. Next, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl. Now mix until you reach an even consistency.

Using some butter, grease the bottom of the baking tray. Then get parchment paper to cover the tray. You will use this to place your yogurt in. Once the parchment paper has covered the tray, grease it using butter. Next, get the yogurt bowl and spread it evenly on the tray.

Toppings

With the toppings you have chosen, you will have to cut them. Cutting the berries in half and the nuts into smaller pieces will allow for a good-looking and tasty bar. Once done cutting your toppings, place them on the yogurt nicely. Finally, set the tray in the freezer for 4 hours until it is set.
