Fortnightly Reminder to Do List for Book Readers Repurpose As Bookmark

Here’s a handy reminder for devoted book lovers. Readers often get so absorbed that other important tasks slip their minds. So, I created a pocket note to help keep track of those essential to-dos. This note also has space for jotting down a quick review or key points from the book currently being read.

Supplies

Open an Excel file and set the margin to "Narrow."

Adjust the column width to 10.33 and the row height to 14.4.

Enter the list of months on top so as to make it reusable. Enter the days of the week on the left. MAke it not more than 2 weeks so that the note can complete with the book that is being read.

You can start the week on any day you prefer—I've chosen Monday as a personal preference.

With these dimensions, you can fit two notes on a single page.

Add a to-do on the right. This needs to be filled with tasks that are not scheduled.

Add a books section at the bottom to put down points about the book being read.

Also add a notes section to write down other things that are not important bit can not be forgotten.

Customize it as much as you'd like, then save it as a PDF for easy portability.

Double-check to make sure everything fits neatly on one page without spilling over, and adjust as needed.

Feel free to reach out to me if you need any help.

Print out your reminder and enjoy!

Write down the dates besides the days and circle the month on the top to set the reminder. Now you can fold your remonder and use it as a bookmark if you like. You can revisit the reminder as many times as you like as it is within the book you are readind.

Print write and have fun.
