Flower Earrings

This instructable will teach you to make beautiful flower earrings. These earrings are made from shrink plastic. If you don't already have shrink plastic, you can buy some from amazon through the link below.

Supplies:

-Paper

-Shrink Plastic (Look it up on amazon)

-Pencil/Colored Pencils

-Sharpie

-Scissors

-Hole Punch

-Fishhook Earrings (Look it up on amazon)

1. Draw a flower on the paper. It may take you a couple of tries to get the drawing right.

2. Put the paper flower outline under the shrink plastic sheet and trace the flower onto the plastic.

3. Color in the flower with any color you want.

4. Outline the flower with sharpie.

5. Cut out the flower. Be careful, cutting shrink plastic is difficult!

6. Punch a hole in one petal on each of the flowers.

7. Bake the earrings according to the directions of your specific shrink plastic. It varies by brand, but I cook the shrink plastic at 350 Fahrenheit for about a minute. Put them in the preheated oven on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and pull them out when they have folded up and then have completely flattened down.

8. You may want to flatten them down with a heavy book to make the earrings perfectly flat.

9. Attach your earring hooks to the flowers and you're done!
