Fire Starter

Im going to be showing you how to make a fire starter with cotton swabs and petroleum jelly.(Chapstick will also work) These fire starters are waterproof and you can also light them with a spark!

Materials

The materials your gonna need are:

A lighter (something to ignite it with)
Cotton swabs
Petroleum Jelly (or Chapstick)
Paper towels (optional, to wipe your hands off)

You need only one cotton swab to do this, but im gonna be using 3 to make the flame bigger. First, take off the cotton part from the cotton swabs.

Separate the cotton so there are no clumps.

Take the petroleum jelly and coat the cotton it it, forming a ball

Now, just light it on fire! It will stay lit for a little more than a minute, plenty of time to get a nice fire going.
