Elvis Ice Cream
Ice cream:
1/2 cup milk (I used almond)
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used dark)
2 bananas
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 drops of vanilla (optional)
Toppings:
whipped cream
shaved chocolate
peanuts
*Yields about 4 servings*
Prepare Bananas
- Peel, slice and place bananas in a ziplock bag
- Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes
Blend
- Place 2 frozen bananas, 1/2c milk, 1/3c chocolate chips, 1/4c peanut butter, and 2 drops of vanilla in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into container
- Place in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy
- Scoop ice cream
- Top with desired toppings
- Enjoy!
