Easy and Delicious Bagels
These bagels are quick and easy to make with few ingredients and no extra time needed for rising. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Supplies
Bagels:
-2 cups of flour
-4 tsp of baking powder
-1/2 tsp of salt
1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt
Egg wash:
-1 egg white
-1 tsp of water
Gather Ingredients.
Line a Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper​.
Combine Dry Ingredients.
With a wooden spoon mix together:
-2 cups of flour
-4 tsp of baking powder
-1/2 tsp of salt
Mix in Yogurt With a Fork.
Gather Into a Ball and Knead on a Floured Surface About 10 Times.
Form Into a Flattened Ball.
Cut Into 8 Pieces (like Pie).
Bagel Shaping.
Roll each piece into log shapes then into donuts and squeeze the ends together.
Put on Parchment Paper Lined Pan and Brush With Egg Wash.
Egg wash:
-1 egg white
-1 tsp of water
Brush each bagel with egg wash on all tops and sides.
Preheat Oven to 375'F.
Bake.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
