Another easy and herbal way to shed those extra kilos. Consistency is the mantra as this drink needs to be consumed regularly for 3 months with a low card diet.

Ingredients:

Ajwain / Carom Seeds - 25 gmsHoney - 1 tspWater - 250 ml

Method

Easy Weight Loss Drink | Carom Seeds Water for Fast Weight Loss by Healthy Kadai

1. Soak Ajwain/carom seeds in water overnight.

2. Next day in the morning, sieve this water and add honey to it.

3. Drink this water everyday empty stomach for atleast 3 months for a consistent weight loss.

4. Soaked ajwain can be reused for 1 more day and after that it needs to be discarded.
