Easy Tres Leches Cake
This is a recipe I was taught to make back when I was in high school. Not only is it a fun and different cake to make, but it also makes for a good treat to bring to a potluck. After years of practice, I was able to venture off and experiment with different ways to make it my own and appeal it to other different tastes. I have made a marbled Tres Leches, a strawberry one, and I have been able to add different kinds of toppings to it as well.

3. Mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, and water following the cake box instructions
4. Pour the mixture in the pan
5. Let the batter settle so it can get as even as possible
6. Put in oven
7. Once out of the oven, use a fork and poke holes all over the cake
8. Let cool
Making the Whipped Topping
1. Mix sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese together until soft
2. Drain pineapple and then add the pineapple to the mixture
3. Add ½ of the cool whip and mix together
4. Put in the refrigerator
Milk Mixture
1. Add entire can of sweetened condensed milk to a pitcher
2. Add half a can of the evaporated milk to the pitcher
3. Add about 1/3 of the pint of half and half to the pitcher

Adding Milk Mixture Onto the Cake
1. Carefully start pouring the milk mixture onto the cake. Once it is covered stop pouring. Let the cake sit for a couple minutes to soak up the milk mixture
2. Slowly add more milk to the cake. Once you start seeing milk collecting on the bottom of the pan in the corners stop adding the milk mixture.
Add the Toppings
1. Spread the whipped topping on top of the cake with a spatula
2. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top of the cake
3. Slice strawberries and add on top of the cake
4. Refrigerate overnight for the best taste
