This is a super simple recipe that my family makes a lot.

Defrost

Fill a small bow with frozen strawberries. Then let them completely defrost, OR, microwave them for 30 seconds. ;) (you can use fresh strawberries too, of course.)

Mash

When the strawberries are soft enough, mash them up really well. I used the bottom of a cup, and fork. You could use a blender, but its nice to have small strawberry chunks. :)

Clean Snow

When you go to get your snow, scrape off the top layer to make sure its the clean underneath snow.

Snow

Put 4 cups of snow into a bowl.

Ingredients

You will need milk, sugar, the snow, the strawberries, and a fork to stir.

Sugar

IMG_2486.jpg

Add 1/2 of sugar. Do not mix anything together until its all in the bowl. (it will make the snow melt faster.)

Milk

Add 1/2 of milk

Strawberries

Pour in the mashed strawberries

Mix!

Use the fork to mix it all together!

Wait...

If you eat it right away it will probably be a bit melted like this. So put it in the freezer for about an hour and it should be perfect.

Decor

After about an hour in the freezer it should be ready to scoop. So you can get your things together to decorate. ;)

All Done!

And thats it! Its super simple and tastes sweet. And no artificial colors! 😆
