This recipe is really a three ingredient only, really easy to get, you need:

  • 1/2 a package of 16 ounce Oreo cookies.
  • 1/2 a package of 8 ounce cream cheese.

The step says it all.

Using a food processor or in a ziplock bag and with a rolling pin crush your cookies into really small pieces. After this mix in your cream cheese and make a paste that can be easy to roll out, if needed cool your mixture in your fridge or freezer for a couple of minutes and then roll your truffle balls, after rolling your balls chill them, it works for the next step a lot.

Melting your chocolate chips may be the hardest thing you may have to do in this recipe. Using a microwave oven it is really easy to do, with your microwave in medium power heat your chocolate in 20 to 30 second intervals stirring your chocolate between each interval. Please ensure your chocolate is not in contact with water, not even a drop because you will ruin it.

After melting your chocolate coat your balls with a fork, allowing the excess drip of, if your chocolate begins to harden reheat in 10 second intervals to avoid over heating.

Enjoy!
