Making Your Cake

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and mix all your cake ingredients in your bowl. Before you pour your batter in the pans, make sure to spray them with non-stick cooking spay. When the oven is ready, pour the batter in the pans, place them in the oven, and set your timer for 25 minutes. After the 25 minutes, check the cakes by sticking a toothpick in them. If the toothpick comes out with no remnants on it, then its done. If not, leave them in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Decorating (Part 1)

Cut your cake as seen in the picture. Make sure to cut only one. Take both of the cakes out of the pan and assemble the shape.

Decorating (Part 2)

Cover the whole cake with icing. Next, put your candy on. First, sprinkle some coconut chips or coconut shavings on the cake to represent the fur. Outline the bow with licorice. Put jelly beans for the eyes, nose, and inside the bow. Lastly, use sour candy strips or anything similar to outline the ears and make the whiskers. For the finishing touches, I just sprinkled some marshmallows for the background. Now, your done making the cake!
