Dulce De Leche Cookies
Its baking time!!
This recipe is incredibly easy to do.
I love eating cookies and Dulce de Leche. That one day i decides to use one of my favorite cookie recipe and add some Dulce de Leche in the middle of the cookie. It changed completely my cookie recipe and the taste of the cookies. Its a very smooth, soft cookie. It tastes so good!! Best snack ever with some cafe!!
Supplies:
- 50 g/1.8 oz of butter
- 150 g/5.3 oz of brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 130 g/4.6 oz of flour
- 1 tbsp. of baking powder
- 1 tbsp. of salt
- 25 g/0.9 oz of cacao powder
- 25 g/0.9 oz of chunked peasses of chocolate
- 25 g/0.9 oz of ground of nuts
- 397 g/14 oz of sweet condensed milk
- Place a closed can of sweet condensed milk in a pressure cooker
- Fill the pressure cooker with water all the way to the top of the can
- Close the pressure cooker and place it on the stove
- 5 minutes high heat and 50 minutes low heat
- Once the time has passed open the pressure cooker and fill it with cold water
- When the can has cooled open it and mix
- Than place it the refrigerator for 45 minutes
- In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar together
- Add a large egg and mix
- Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and ground nuts
- Mix everything together but do not overwork the dough
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Use a medium cookie scoop and place the scoops onto a baking sheet
- Leave 2 inches between each cookie
- With your fingers, make a well in the center of each cookie
- Fill the wells with dulce de leche
- Place a piece of flattened dough to cover up the ducle de leche
- Make sure to seal the edges
- Sprinkle the cookies with a pinch of salt
- Preheat the over at 350°F / 180°C
- Place the cookies in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes
- Let the cookies cool
