Duct Tape Fedora (Pimp Hat)

This is an instructable teaching how to make a duct tape fedora/pimp hat

Tools & Materials: Duct tape, Cardboard, Scissors, and Paper.

(Optional: Feather)

This is a duct-tape recreation of a indiana jones hat instructable.

Print out the provided template and cut out the excess paper from around the rim and top. You can use an x-acto knife or another sharp object just be careful not to cut yourself.

Trace the outline of the paper onto cardboard, and then cut out with scissors or another sharp object.

Fold up the edges of the top piece using a straight-edge such as a ruler to make a bowl-like shape.

With the edges folded up duct-tape the top in place. Cover all of it with whatever color/design you want.

Duct-tape around the rim, and push the top of the hat through the bottom of the rim.

Secure the top of the hat to the rim with duct-tape and add extra details. (We added a feather and a ring of stylized duct-tape around the bottom).
