Delicious Homemade Mango Juice
I made a delicious mango juice
The mangos for this recipe came from my own mango tree that took 8+ years to get to the state it's in. Last week the tree grew its first mangos of the season!
The produce for this recipe came from a local farmers market as well!
I hope you enjoy this recipe to beat the hot summer heat.
Supplies
For this recipe you will need:
One Mango
One orange
1 lime
Sugar
ice
Tools:
Blender
Knife
lemon squeezer
strainer
large pitcher/cup
Cut Mango
Peel and cut your Mango. You should get the whole mango and leave out the seed, once done cut the mango into cubes.
Prep for Blend
After cutting your Mango you'll need to take out your blender.
Add mango to blender then add 400ML of water or about 13oz.
Squeeze one whole orange and half a lime into the belder as well.
Blend
Blend for 1 minute
Strain
after blending you will need to take out a pitcher and a strainer. slowly pour the blended mixture into your strainer and let it strain.
After all your mixture has been strained you will add 200ML of water or about 7oz. Then stir well
Add Sugar
Next you will need to add sugar. Stir well
I used 3tps of cane sugar
You can always add more of less based on you preference.
Add Ice and Enjoy
Pour your Mango juice into a cup and add ice.
For extra style points add Tajin of chamoy into the cup.
