Dead MacBook Pro Hard Drive

http://BigNate84.com  In this video I'll discuss how I fixed a MacBook Pro that had a dead hard drive.  Physically taking the old drive out and replacing it is relatively easy as long as you have a small philips head screw driver and T6 screw driver.  Make sure to put all the screws back in the correct order.  The MacBook Pro discussed in this video was purchased in 2007.  Since I did not have the original MacBook Pro installation disc I cloned the hard drive of another Mac onto the MacBook Pro using a program called SuperDuper and a firewire cable.  After the data transfer was complete I created a new admin account for the end user and deleted the cloned admin account.  I also deleted all the extra applications that had been installed so that the only default apps were left on the MacBook Pro.
