DIY Mini Bluetooth Speaker 3D Printed
I made a Mini Bluetooth Speaker. The case is designed with Tinkercad .The case has different parts could be easily 3D printed & assembled . The speaker size can be upto 1.8" in diameter with 3 x 2 = 6 watt. This can be easily recharged with any Phone charger.
Supplies
- Bluetooth Audio Module
- Bluetooth Amplifier max 3+3=6 watt
- TP4056 USB Charger Module
- Speaker x 2
- Led 5 mm
- Switch
- 18650 Battery 1200 mAh
3D Printing Speaker Case
You need to 3D print the case. Print all the parts & assemble. Details instruction are given in video. You can download the 3D printable .stl file here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4994728
Soldering the Parts
As per the circuit diagram solder the components & assemble.First remove USB port which is not needed. Cones are marked T for top(first) & B for bottom(second). Check video for complete instruction.
Assembling
Now Assemble the components from bottom to top. You can make the top cover with hot glue gun & Dice. I have made the dice for the top cover which you can 3D print. Check the video for complete instruction.
