DIY FLOWER BALL CENTERPIECE
I made this adorable centerpiece for $6 with items mainly purchased from dollar tree
Materials all from Dollar Tree:
-Tall Glass Vase
-Rhinestone Trim
-Glitter Ribbon (Michael's)
-2 faux flower stems
-Styrofoam ball
-Feather boa
-Hot glue gun
Glue Flowers Into Styrafoam Ball
Take flowers off of stem and poke holes into styrafoam ball. Fill hole with hot glue and stick flowers inside of the glue filled holes. Keep going until the ball is completely covered and you can't see any of the white ball.
Glue Ribbon and Rhinestone Onto Vase
Take ribbon and measure it around the base of the vase. Cut it to size and glue the ribbon with hot glue. Using the adhesive rhinestone trim, measure it around vase and then peel back the adhesive backing.
Fill Vase With Feather Boa
File vase with some sort of decorative items. I chose to use a pink feather boa for a soft, feminine look. I used about 1/3 of it. The vase would be adorable filled with seashells, rose petals, pearls, etc.
All Complete
You can glue the flower ball on top of the vase if you choose.
This diy is all complete. Perfect floral centerpiece for a wedding, baby shower, or any other special occasion.
