Sometimes, having a robot lending you a hand is the best thing in the world. Other times, not so much. The Cubebot, built as a humanoid, has the versatility of a human plus more, as some of its defining features include having the ability to contract into a very convenient cube when necessary. That way, the robot can just as easily become an extra seat or a temporary table if needed, or can be easily put to the side and ignored until it is needed again. With a built-in toolbox filled with material manipulating bits and house-maintaining tools, it will have instant access to anything it needs to complete a task. Additionally, its features do not end there, as the most defining feature has to go to the hands. It has 4 fingers and one opposable thumb to ensure a secure, but gentle grip on whatever it may be handling. Each finger has its own defining features as well: the thumb houses a high-torque, low rpm motor, like the ones you would find in drills so when fitted with an appropriate bit, it can screw or drill into anything it needs, the index finger possesses the ability to spray water, whether it needs to water a plant or put out a fire, there will be instant access to a supply of water, the middle finger contains the head of a 3d-printer extruder, in case if the robot gets damaged, it can quickly and easily repair itself rather cheaply, the ring finger houses a very high rpm, low torque motor, like the ones you would find in a rotary tool, so if it needs to cut something, there is no need to look for a tool, and the pinky finger is a built-in vacuum so it can clean up small messes rapidly and without hassle. The arms of the Cubebot also have very intriguing features, as they can have an infinitely variable length, allowing it to reach new heights.
