Cranberry Popsicle

Who doesn't like cooling down in hot summer days? These popsicles are fairly easy and quick to make.

Ingredients and Method

You will need:

1 bag frozen cranberry (3 cups as per the bag)

2 c water

1 c sugar

2 cinnamon sticks

5 cloves

2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh or bottled is fine)

Grated lemon rind (from 1 lemon)

Natural yogurt, about 1/8-1/4 cup

Colorful sprinkles

Add all ingredients into a pot, bring to boil while keep stirring.

Turn down heat once cranberries popping, turn down heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Take off from heat, cool to room temperature.

Prepare your popsicle molds, drop about 1/2 tbsp sprinkles on each cavity

Pour cranberry liquid into each cavity slowly and add more sprinkles on top.

Freeze for at least 2 H
