Branch Transformation

  • Select a branch of suitable length.
  • Mark the desired location on the branch with a marker.
  • Employ an angle grinder to create a channel through the branch.

Water Hose Installation

  • Apply a lacquer to seal the branch's pores and ensure airtightness.
  • Insert a 10mm softpipe into the channel.

The Base Creation

  • Begin with a 16"x10"x4" thermocol sheet.
  • Simultaneously create two craters on both sides using a soldering iron. The left crater was made to hold the branch and the right one was made for the pond to accommodate the pump.
  • Use a hot air gun to provide an abstract and textured appearance to the thermocol.
  • Enhance stability by affixing a plywood panel underneath using adhesive glue.
  • Allow it to dry for a day before proceeding.

  • Apply a cement wash to the base.
  • Securely attach the branch using cement on the left crater.
