Cut 15mm copper to sizes as outlined.

  1. thread wire through the T connector first--> 10cm piece--> elbow--> 25cm piece--> elbow--> 10cm piece--> 2nd T piece. DO NOT tighten yet as the wire needs connected to the lamp holder.
  2. Connect lamp holder.
  3. Gently pull wire so the lamp holder fits tightly against the T piece- see image.
  4. Now add the remaining copper pieces, tighten- this will leave the frame of the lamp- see image.
  5. Pass the wire through the 15mm hole in the timber and out the 10mm hole.
  6. Connect a switch and plug.

Copper Frame Connection

Insert T piece from the frame into the 15mm hole in the timber.

The light frame will hold itself up.

Clamp the frame into position with x2 15mm Brass/ copper clamps as / photo.

Connect Bulb

we used an LED bulb (E27- screw fitting).

This is where you can have fun with different bulbs against the timber and copper.

Copper can be cleaned using wire wool.
