These are easy to make and delicious!

Supplies

150g slightly salted softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups plain flour
1/2 cup milk chocolate bits, plus 1 tablespoon extra
1/2 cup dark chocolate bits, plus 1 tablespoon extra

Oven

Pre heat oven to 180C (360F) or for fan ovens 160C (320F)

Starting

Using an electric mixer or whisking by hand, beat butter and sugars until smooth and well combined. Beat in the egg.

Flour

Add in 1 3/4 cups of plain flour.

Chocolate

Add in 1 cup of your choice chocolate. You can also do 1/2 a cup and have 2 types of chocolate. I used Dark choc and White choc.

Dough

The dough should come together like this.

Prep for Cooking

Grab a cupcake tin and put some cases on the wrong side!

Forming the Cups

Flatten some cookie dough onto the cases and then spread it over the edges.

Yum

Cook for 15-18 minutes then wait for them to cool WAIT! Some of mine crumbled instantly because I took them out early. Serve with ice- cream.
