Cold Brew Iced Tea

I love iced tea, and had found some "cold brewed" bag teas earlier in the year, that I really enjoyed. I haven't been able to locate them recently, so I did little browsing online to learn about cold brewing, and learned that you can cold brew just about any tea.

Most cold brewed teas are made with loose tea, like JessyRatfink's yummy version. But you can do it with bagged tea, too. (For loose tea purists, please let me enjoy my bagged tea!)

Most recipes recommend cold brewing in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, but you can cold brew in a glass with a bunch of ice, cold water and a couple of tea bags in about an hour.

You'll need tea - I like Celestial Seasons Country Peach -, ice water and ice cubes - and a glass to put it all in.

Steep in Cold Water

I steep two tea bags. After about 30 minutes, there's enough mild peachy flavor for me to start enjoying my tea. After an hour, it's lovely.

Serve and Enjoy!

Goes great with Twice Microwaved Potato!

Enjoy!
