Coffee Filter Dryer

Dried coffee filter have a lot of advantages and possibilities to use it.

It works without electricity or additional energy . 

Because it is a small device it is god for reuse material and upcycling. 

Supplies

Wooden plates for base and side wall 

All dimensions in millimeter. 

side wall ( 2x) 110 x 75 x 17 

base plate 160 x 68 x 16  

back wall out of Sandwich panel ( Dibond ) 195 x 163 and 3 thick 

adhesive Tape to cover the edges 

zinc platet or stainless wire for the filter level 

small and long screws and for softwood washers are recommended

adhesive foil if you want to attach a picture or logo

small amount of vegetable oil to paint the wood.

besides the common tools a bended long-nose pliers is very helpfull

It is important that the air can past the filter on all sides .

Even from the back .  

Therefore there is a gap behind. 

The steel bracket below should make it heavier to avoid wobbling. 

And it feels more high grade. 

With one small nail it can be put on the wall because there is usually enough space. 

It is important to hang it high enough that kids can not reach it. 

Just hang it above the coffee maker and you will save a lot of work. 

Prepare the Wooden Plates

drill the holes as shown 

paint it with oil to keep water and dust away  

Cut and Bend the Wire

bend the eyes at the crossbars but don' t close it completely 

bend the long wires straight  

Assemble It
