Cloud Bread
Learn how to make the viral TikTok recipe Cloud Bread with just 3 ingredients. But to be fair, this "bread" has been around for much longer than just a few years. And it really isn't bread.

Supplies
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 2 to 3 Tbsp of sugar (28 to 42g)
- 1 Tbsp of cornstarch (10g)
Tools:
- Mixer
- Sheet pan or cookie sheet
- Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
Make the Meringue
Preheat the oven to 300F/150C.
Then separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Only egg whites are used in this recipe. You can save the yolks and use them for something else. Or if you are using egg yolks for another recipe and don't know what to do with the egg whites you can make this recipe.
Beat the egg whites on medium speed for a minute or two until frothy. Then continue mixing and add the sugar a little at a time until all incorporated. Next, sift in the cornstarch and mix. Then mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes until the egg whites get stiff peaks and it resembles shaving cream.
Shape and Bake
Add the fluffy egg mixture to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Then shape it with a spatula into a loaf. Next, bake it in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes until lightly orangish brown around the whole thing. The amount of time it will need to bake will vary depending on how fat you make it.
Allow it to cool completely.
Slice and Eat
Now slice it with a serrated knife or you can just break it apart and eat it. It will taste a bit eggy and sweet and be super light and fluffy. Kinda similar to an Angel food cake, but not the same as that. They definitely taste different. Enjoy!
