Chic Bow Headband

If "Trendy" or "Chic" is your middle name... you need to create this beautiful Bow Headband!

This DIY project is easy and the result is beautiful. You will look more beautiful with this accessory and you can wear it for a casual look or a very elegant occasion.

Gather Your Materials

  • Beaded lace
  • Plastic headband
  • Thin black lace
  • Glue gun
  • Thread and needle

Cut Beaded Lace

Cut 25 cm of beaded lace. This is the right length to create the bow from the intro picture. If you want the bow smaller or bigger you should adjust accordingly.

Fold Lace in Three Parts

Fold lace sides to the center. Ensure that the beaded part keeps in the external side.

Tie With Thread and Needle

Tie bow by sewing it. After sewing, wrap thread around bow.

Cut Thin Lace

Cut around 10 cm of thin lace. If you are looking for a colorful bow you can choose a different lace color.

Wrap Around Beaded Lace; Sew

Wrap thin lace around bow and sew. This will create a more professional look.

Glue Bow to Plastic Headband

Use hot glue gun to glue bow to plastic headband (only glue the center)

Wrap Thin Black Lace Around Bow Center

Use thin lace to wrap bow to headband. Cut and glue ends.

Glue Bow Sides to Headband

The last step is to glue the bow sides to the headband so it can be steady.
