Cheesecake Spiral Cookies!

This is how to make Cheesecake Spiral Cookies!

Here is what you will need.
3/4 cups butter

3 ounces cream cheese

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup white sugar

2 3/4 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Soften

Soften the butter and cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds, then, add the sugar cream them together.

Combine

Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.

Dry Ingredients

add the dry ingredients, (flour, baking powder and salt,) and mix well.

Mix

Continue to stir until a soft dough forms. It works best to use your hands. :)

Halve

Cut the mixture in half, and put them into separate bowls. If you'd like to do more than tow colors, then cut it into smaller sections!

Color

Add the food coloring, and stir it with the back of a spoon- or, your hands.

Making the Spiral

Form two small balls, and begin to roll them together.

Shaping the Cookie

Roll the balls into a snake, then make a spiral.

Bake

Bake a 350 for 8 minutes. Dont overtake!
