Cheese Taco Guacamole Cupcakes
I wanted to create a cupcake that I could use Guacamole on because it is one of my favorite tastes. So I tried to figure out what things I could use to create something using some of my favorite tastes. So this is what I came up with :)
Things You Need
For the cupcake
2 Cans of Cresent Rolls
1 package of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 Package of shredded cheese
For the Topping
3 Ripe Avacados
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt and Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Cans of Cresent Rolls
1 package of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Salsa
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
1 Package of shredded cheese
For the Topping
3 Ripe Avacados
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt and Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Making the Cupcakes
Open the cresent rolls, pat two of the triangles together to make a rectangle. Then mix your cream cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning. Smooth this mixture across the rectangle, and top with shredded cheese. Then roll the rectangle up, and cut into two rolls. Pinch the ends together and set inside the ungreased cupcake pan. I patted them down until they were in the cupcake pan without sticking out the top. I baked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Take a spoon and gently lift the cupcakes out of the pan and let them cool.
Then mix up all the items for your Guacamole, and top the cupcakes when they are cooled.
