Cheap&easy Cupcakes

Want some delicious cupcakes? Don't you have a lot of money? Are you bad baking? This recipe is for you!

My cooking skills are not pretty good and I don't really have a lot of money, but I wanted to bake something and I'm here to share this recipe with you.

I took a lot of pics to make this easier.

Ingredients

375 g of wheat flour.

250 g of sugar.

225 g of butter.

60 g of baking powder.

0,5 g of salt.

250 mL of milk.

2,5 mL of vanilla liquor.

2 eggs.

Optional: whipped cream.

Mix the sugar and the butter until you can't differentiate the phases (second picture).

TIP: You don't want to ruin your mix with a rotten egg, so, use a container to break the egg, check it and add it to the mixer. Do the same with the other egg and continue mixing.

Wheat Flour, Baking Powder and Milk

Use a large container to mix the flour and the baking powder with a spoon, when they're mixed, add them to the mixer meanwhile your adding the milk.

Pay attention to the tip in the second picture.

Vanilla, Yummy!

Finally, add the vanilla liquor and the salt. Mix.

So Hot!

Preheat the oven: 350ยบ F.

Waxed Paper :D

Put some waxed paper cups in the cupcakes mold before you put the mix. Aaaaand LET'S BAKE!

Bake for 30 minutes aprox.

TIP: Use a knife and insert it in a cupcake. If the knife is still clean after you put it out of the cupcake, YOUR CUPCAKES ARE READYYYY!

I didn't do this part because I didn't have whipped cream. But you can decorate your cupcakes with whipped cream. :D
