Changua (milk and Egg Soup)

The changua is a typical breakfast from the city of Bogotá - Colombia, basically it is a milk and egg soup, perfect for breakfast since it has few ingredients and is very quick to prepare, it will only take between 15 and 20 minutes to prepare it.
the changua has a mixture of ingredients that no one would think could be so delicious, it is a nutritious soup and perfect for a hangover.

Supplies

ingredients

2 cups of milk

2 cups of water

3 eggs

Salt

cilantro

scallion

Garlic

butter

toasts

finely chop the scallions

In a pot add butter to taste and place over medium heat
when the butter is melted add the scallions and fry for 1 minute.

1. Add 2 cups of water and two cups of milk.

2. Place over high heat and wait for it to boil.

1. Add coriander.

2. Pick 2 or 3 garlic.

3. Add salt to taste

This mixture of ingredients will give an incredible flavor to the changua.

1. In a container, add the eggs one by one, avoiding breaking the yolks.

2. Gently add the eggs to the changua.

3. Let it boil over medium heat for 2 minutes and turn it off. This step depends on how hard you want the egg yolks.

1. Add pieces of toast.

2. Add the changua (milk and egg soup) to the toast.

3. Finely chop coriander and add to taste.
