Sowell_Changing Amazon Fire Stick Remote Batteries

Changing batteries can be confusing, especially if you can not find how to open the product or which way the batteries go in. This is a simple step by step direction on how to change the batteries easy on your remote.

fire stick remote and two AAA batteries of your choice

Turn fire stick remote over where you can see the back of it.

Place thumb in groove on back of remote and press in and slide thumb in downward direction.

Continue to slide the back of the remote down until you can pull it the rest of the way off to where you can expose the entire back of the remote.

Remove the batteries that are in the remote by popping one out from the end and then the next.

Take your new batteries and make sure that your positive's (+) match up with what is on the remote.

Put first battery in and either slide it up or leave it at the bottom and insert second battery. Make sure to keep both batteries facing the way that the example shows you in the remote.

Take the back and start it at the bottom and using your thumb slide the back upward until it clicks.

Once it clicks, and you turn it over to turn on your tv, you have successfully changed the batteries on your Amazon fire stick remote.
